This striking Mid-Century brass chandelier was designed by Tom Greene for Feldman Lighting in the 1960's. It is constructed of four tiers of torch cut metal with a patinated brass finish. This hanging lamp holds six smaller light bulbs and one larger light bulb in the bottom middle. Original 6ft+ long chain and wiring.
Tom Greene started to create large organic sculptures and lamps in the 1950's using an oxyacetylene torch in what is now called the Brutalist style. Today his impressive lamps and sculptures can be seen in hotels and private collections.
Great condition with vintage patina.
